Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Fashion Nail Supply. Please review the following return guidelines before sending an item back.

30-Day Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in new, unused, unopened, and sellable condition with the original product packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

How to Start a Return

Before returning an item, please contact us at beautychain20@gmail.com or (718) 426-1618. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Items returned without contacting us first may delay processing.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If we made an error or you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us before returning it. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide appropriate return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please keep the product, original packaging, shipping box, and any relevant photos until the issue has been resolved.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or altered beauty and nail products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item and place a separate order for the replacement after your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

Approved returns are generally processed within 1–3 business days after inspection and refunded to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges, when applicable, are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
