Refund policy

Orders are eligible for a return up to 30 days after delivery. The item must be in new sellable condition with the original product packaging. If the product is not in new sellable condition it may be subject to a restocking fee. 

If you feel we made a mistake or the item was damaged in shipping, please contact us before sending the return and we will make it right immediately. If the error was on our end, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send the item(s) back and handle the refund or an exchange right away. For standard returns, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

If the item is damaged in shipping, we need to be notified within 48 hours of delivery.  

Returns will be processed within 1-3 days of arriving at our storefront and refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect back into your account depending on your financial institution.
