Return and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return period on all new items in their original packaging and in the same NEW condition as you received them.

Please only send back new items.

Returned items that have been installed, used, and not in NEW condition are not eligible for a refund. At our discretion, we may return the used item back to you or it may be available for store credit minus a minimum 20% restocking fee.

If you feel we made a mistake or the item was damaged in shipping, please contact us before sending the return and we will make it right immediately. If the error was on our end, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send the item(s) back and handle the refund or an exchange right away.  

If the item is damaged in shipping, we need to be notified within 48 hours of delivery.  

Returns will be processed within 1-3 days of arriving at our storefront and refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect back into your account depending on your financial institution.

We are nice people and always willing to help, so don't hesitate to get in touch. We understand there will always be unique situations.

Need to Exchange an item?

We really don't do exchanges, because there is a much faster way for you to get your new item.

Simply buy the correct item you need on the site and then, return your item to us and we will refund your payment once we receive the return.
